*Camper is responsible for paying their monthly electric bill by the 15th of the month or a late fee will be applied. 

**At the time of check in, Weekly and Nightly Full Hook-Up  Campers will be responsible for  paying a refundable deposit.

There are Gate keys available for rent for $25 with refundable amount of $20

once the key is returned!

On holiday weekends, the rates do go up $5.00 per night.
